Alissa Baldwin Passes RPV Certification for U.S. Senate Primary
| Richmond, VA – The Republican Party of Virginia announced that Republican U.S. Senate candidate Alissa Baldwin has passed its certification of the campaign’s petition signatures. The RPV reviewed the signatures on the petitions submitted, and the Baldwin campaign passed the certification process with enough signatures to meet the reduced requirements ordered by the Richmond Circuit Court given the COVID-19 pandemic. “I applaud Baldwin and her team for their efforts under these unique circumstances,” said RPV Chairman Jack Wilson. “Elections are won and lost at the grassroots level, and our Republican candidates are more than prepared for decisive victories in November.” |
