OFFICIAL CALL

MASS MEETING of The Carroll County Republican Committee

of the Republican Party of Virginia

As Chairman of the Carroll County Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the Plan

of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, B. P. “Phil” Hawks, do

hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at The Carroll County Senior Citizen

Building, 449 Training Center Road, Hillsville, Virginia 24343, starting at 6:00 p.m. local time

on April 9, 2024, for the following purposes:

1. Electing a Carroll County Republican Committee Chairman for the 2024-2026 term;

2. Electing members of the Carroll County Republican Committee for the 2024-2026 term;

3. Electing up to 450 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the Republican Party

of Virginia Quadrennial Convention to be held on May 31, 2024, beginning at 2:30 p.m.,

through June 1, 2024, at Hampton Roads Convention Center located at 1610 Coliseum

Drive, Hampton, Virginia, or alternate location.
