CANCELLED: Loudoun Co. Convention

As Chairman of the Loudoun County Republican Committee (Committee or LCRC), and pursuant to the
Plan of Organization of the Republican Party of Virginia, and as recommended and directed by the
Committee, I, H. Scott Pio, Chairman, do hereby issue this Call for a County Convention to be held at
Broad Run High School, 21670 Ashburn Road, Ashburn, VA 20147, or alternate location, beginning at
10:00 AM Eastern Time, with registration beginning at 8:30 AM and ending at 10:00 AM, on Saturday,
May 13, 2023, for the purpose of nominating Republican candidates for the following offices for the
November 7, 2023 General Election, as follows:
Countywide Offices: Chairman, Board of Supervisors; Clerk of the Circuit Court; Commissioner of the
Revenue; Commonwealth’s Attorney; Sheriff; and Treasurer;
Election District Offices: Algonkian, Ashburn, Broad Run, Catoctin, Dulles, Leesburg, Little River, and
Sterling;
And for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention.
Any delegate in the registration line or referred to the Credentials Committee by 10:00 AM will be
permitted to register. No one shall be permitted to join the line after 10:00 AM.
