Roanoke City Mass Meeting

As Chairman of the Roanoke City Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Charlie Nave, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Fellowship Hall of the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church located at 2101 S. Jefferson St. SW, Roanoke, VA 24014, starting at 10:00 AM local time (doors will open at 9:30 AM) on February 26th, 2022, for the following purposes:

1. Elect Delegates and Alternates to represent Roanoke City at the Republican 6th Congressional District Convention which shall be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Augusta Expo Center, 277 Expo Road, Fishersville, VA 22939. The Roanoke City Republican Committee shall have a maximum of 555 delegates. At the District Convention, the Delegates will elect a District Chairman, three Regional Vice-Chairmen, and conduct such other business that may properly come before the Convention; and

2. Elect a Chairman for the Roanoke City Republican Committee; and

3. Elect the members of the Roanoke City Republican Committee; and

4. To transact such other business that may properly come before the participants in a mass meeting.
