As Chairman of the Hopewell Republican Committee (HRC) of the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV), and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Brandon Howard, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at Rosa’s Italian Restaurant, 4098 Oaklawn Blvd, Hopewell VA 23860 registration starts at 6 p.m. local time and the meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. local time on April 5, 2018 for the purpose of: A.
