As Chairman of the Halifax County Republican Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Andrew D. Ferguson, do hereby issue this call for a Party Canvass to be held at the Cluster Springs Fire Department, 1168 Cluster Springs Road, Cluster Springs, Virginia - or alternate location - from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, the 16th of May, for the purpose of nominating republican candidates for the offices of Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sheriff, Commonwealth’s Attorney, Commissioner of the Revenue,
