DESCRIPTION:  \nOFFICIAL CALL\nMass Meeting of theCity of Williamsburg Republican Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia \nAs Chairman of the City of Williamsburg Republican Committee of the Republican Party (CWRC)\, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee\, I\, Lori B. Goldstein\, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Republican Victory Headquarters\, 901 Richmond Road\, Williamsburg\, VA 23185 beginning at 7 p.m. local time on Wednesday\, November 9\, 2016 for the following purposes: \n\nElecting a Unit Chairman;\nFor the transactions of such other business as may properly come before the Mass\n\nQualifications for Participation: \nAll legal and qualified voters under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia\, regardless of race\, religion\, national origin or sex\, who are in accord with the principles of the Republican Party and who\, if requested\, express in open meeting\, either orally or in writing as may be required\, their intent to support all of its nominees for public office in the ensuing election\, may participate as members of the Republican Party of Virginia in its mass meetings\, party canvasses\, conventions or primaries encompassing their respective election districts. \nFiling Requirements: \nAll candidates for offices to be elected at the Mass Meeting shall declare their intentions to run for Chair of the City of Williamsburg Republican Committee needs to declare their intention by October 31\, 2016. \nThere is no fee to attend the Mass Meeting.
