DESCRIPTION:In accordance with the provision of the Official Call stating\, “If only one candidate properly files [for the position of Unit Chair]\, then said candidate shall be declared the Unit Chair and no mass meeting will be held\,” our Mass Meeting scheduled for March 28 at 7pm is officially cancelled. Applicants for membership to the Committee may and should continue to file forms to PO Box 2211 until the deadline for applications on March 25 at 5pm. At that time\, all eligible applicants shall be deemed members and may pay their dues either with their membership application or at the next regular meeting of the Committee in order to vote during reorganization. \n  \nAs Chairman of the Staunton Republican Party\, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee\, I\, Travis Smiley\, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Staunton City Hall Rita S.
