TERRY MCAULIFFE ATTACKS PARENTS SEEKING BETTER EDUCATION FOR THEIR KIDS
Two-Faced Terry McAuliffe and his Democratic allies are trying to deceive Virginians by calling the 120 bills that McAuliffe vetoed “right-wing” and “hurtful.”
McAuliffe seems to think that several school-choice bills designed to help struggling Virginia parents with disabled children pay for a BETTER education is part of a “right-wing” crusade or could “hurt” people.
“House Bill 389 would have established new voucher-style accounts for the parents of disabled children, who could use the money to cover private school tuition and other education costs.”
McAuliffe blocked House Bill 518 that would have given Virginia parents the freedom to transfer kids out of poorly performing schools and House Bill 8 that would have helped up to 5,000 students of low income families have their tuition fully covered by the state.
Terry McAuliffe knows what a “hurtful” agenda is; he spent his four years in office destroying Virginia’s educational system lowering academic standards, and leaving parents without the choice for a better education for their children.
For EIGHT YEARS children across the Commonwealth have been subjected to radical Democrat educational ideals.
The only thing “hurtful” is McAuliffe’s interest in playing politics with Virginia’s education system rather than legislating.
