To secure your hotel reservation at the exclusive group rate within the RPV room block, you must purchase a ticket to the Advance. Guests who have not purchased a ticket may have their room reservation released, as priority will be given to confirmed ticket holders. This policy ensures all attendees who are fully registered can take advantage of the negotiated lodging rates and enjoy the full Advance experience.
