I, Deanne Marshall, Chairwoman of the Orange County Republican Committee (OCRC), hereby
issue a call for a meeting of the OCRC to be held on May 15, 2025, at the above location and
time. An Executive Committee meeting will follow if a quorum is not reached.

Article V – Officers
Section 1.B – Vice Chairman
Current Text:
B. Vice Chairman: A Vice Chairman shall be elected to perform the duties of
the Chairman in his or her absence and to assist the Chairman as requested.
Proposed Amendment:
B. First Vice Chairman: A First Vice Chairman shall be elected to perform the
duties of the Chairman in his or her absence and to assist the Chairman as requested.
C. Second Vice Chairman: A Second Vice Chairman shall be elected to assist
the Chairman and First Vice Chairman in their duties and may perform the duties of the
Chairman when both the Chairman and First Vice Chairman are unavailable. The Second
Vice Chairman shall also support committee operations as assigned by the Chairman.
