2025 Westmoreland County Republican Committee Mass Meeting
Of the Republican Party of Virginia
As Chairman of the Westmoreland County Republican Committee of the Republican Party of
Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the
Committee, I, Alan Aylor, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the American
Legion Post 252 Building, 14576 Kings Highway, Montross VA 22520 starting at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday July 17, 2025 for the following purposes:
1. Electing a Republican nominee for the office of Treasurer, to be voted on in the Special Election
on November 4, 2025. Candidates for nomination should be certified as a Master Governmental
Deputy Treasurer (MGDT) by the Treasurers’ Association of Virginia.
2. For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Mass Meeting.
