Abigail Spanberger Calls Immigration Enforcement A “Distraction”
Abigail Spanberger has made it clear: she wants to work against the Trump administration when it comes to enforcing America’s immigration laws. In a shocking statement, Spanberger called Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations in Virginia a “distraction of resources” — even as violent gangs like MS-13 established a base of operations in our Commonwealth during the Biden administration.
The consequences of Spanberger’s open-borders mindset are real. Law-abiding Virginians have been victimized, assaulted, and in some cases killed by criminal illegal aliens who should never have been here in the first place. Instead of standing with law enforcement to secure our communities, Spanberger sides with the radical left’s agenda to undermine border security and block deportations of dangerous criminals.
America can only remain strong and safe if our borders are secure and our immigration laws are enforced. Spanberger has proven she will not do either.
