As Chairman of the Warren County Republican Committee of the Republican
Party, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed
by the Committee, I, Robert Hupman, do hereby issue this notice and call for a
Mass Meeting to be held at the Warren County Community Center, 538 Villa Ave.,
Front Royal, VA, starting at 7:00 PM with registration beginning at 6:00 PM on
Thursday, February 8, 2024 for the following purposes:
1. Elect 101 Delegates and an equal number of Alternate Delegates to represent
the Warren County Republican Committee at the State Convention of the
Republican Party of Virginia which shall be held on May 31 thru June 1,
2024, at the Hampton Roads Convention Center, 1610 Coliseum Dr.,
Hampton, VA 23666.
2. Elect 101 Delegates and an equal number of Alternate Delegates to represent
the Warren County Republican Committee at the Republican 6th District
Convention which shall be held on May 11, 2024, at the Rockingham County
Fairgrounds, 4808 S Valley Pike, Rockingham, VA 22801.
3. Elect a Chairman of the Warren County Republican Committee.
4. Elect members of the Warren County Republican Committee.
5. Transact such other business as may properly come before the Mass Meeting.
