As Chair of the Third House District Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the Plan of
Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Matthew Hurtt, do hereby issue
this call for a Legislative District Party Canvass to be held at The Coal Yard, 205 S Henry St, Alexandria VA
22314, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time on Saturday, June 17, 2023, for the purpose of nominating a
candidate for the office of Delegate to be voted for in the General Election on November 7, 2023.
