As Chairwoman of the 42nd House of Delegates Legislative District, and pursuant to the
Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Jo Anne Price, do
hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at New River Community College, 5251
College Drive, Dublin, VA 24084 or alternate location starting at 12:30 p.m. local time with
registration opening at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 12:30 p.m. June 3, 2023 for the following
purposes:
1. Nominating a Republican candidate for Virginia General Assembly House of Delegates
42 nd District to be voted upon in the November 7, 2023, General Election:
