**THIS CALL HAS BEEN CANCELLED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE CALL**
As Chairman of the 4th Congressional District of the Republican Party of Virginia and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the District Committee, I, Carey Lynn Allen, do hereby issue this Call for a District Convention to be held at Life Christian Academy,1221 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834, or its alternate site, starting at 11:00 am EDT, with registration beginning at 10:00 am EDT, on May 4, 2024, for the following purposes:
1. Electing a District Chairman of the Republican Party;
2. Electing three members of the State Central Committee for a term of four years or until their successors are elected;
3. Electing a Republican candidate for Elector for President and Vice President of the United States for the election to be held on November 5, 2024; and
4. For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention.
