Pursuant to Article V. Section D.1, and Article VII, Section B.2, of The Plan of Organization of the Republican Party of Virginia, as amended, I, Sara Mahayni, of the 76th House of Delegates Legislative District Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, do hereby issue this Call for a meeting of the 76th House of Delegates Legislative District Committee to convene on:

Place: CCRC HQ, 9415 Hull Street Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23236
Time: 7:15 PM
The Order of Business for the meeting shall be as follows:
1) Call to Order
2) New Business
a) Election of Chairman for the 2022 – 2024 Term
b) Determination of the method of the Republican nomination for House of Delegates 76th
District
3) Old Business
4) Adjournment
If any Committee Member cannot attend the meeting, the Member may appoint another person to serve as
representative by proxy, in which case notice of such appointment shall be made to the Chairman by email
before the meeting to include the name and contact information of the representative.
