Pursuant to Article V. Section D1, and Article VII, Section B2, of The Plan of Organization of the Republican Party of Virginia amended, I, Betty Conn, of the 82nd House of Delegates Legislative District Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, hereby issue this Call for a meeting of the 82nd House of Delegates Legislative District Committee to convene on:
DATE: Thursday, December 15, 2022
PLACE: Roma’s Pizza (2447 County Dr, Petersburg, VA 23803)
TIME: 6:30 p.m.
The Order of Business for the meeting shall be as follows:
1) Call to Order
2) New Business
a) Election of Chairman for the 2022-2024 Term
b) Determination of the method of the Republican nomination for House of Delegates 82nd District
3) Old Business
4) Adjournment
If any Committee Member cannot attend the meeting, the Member may appoint another person to serve as representative by proxy, in which case notice of such appointment shall be made to the Chairman by email before the meeting to include the name and contact information of the representative.
