**No offices were contested so our mass meeting scheduled for February 25 is cancelled.**
As Chairman of the Bland County Republican Committee, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as
recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Kenneth Adam Kidd do hereby issue this call for a Mass
Meeting of the Bland County Republican Party to be held at the Bland County Courthouse at 612 Main Street,
Bland, Virginia with registration starting at 6:00 PM local time on Friday, February 25, 2022, and the meeting
called to order at 6:30 PM local time on Friday, February 25, 2022, for the following purposes:
1. Election of a Unit Chair for 2022-2024; and
2. Electing precinct and at-large members to the unit committee as follows:
a. 101-Bastian (4); 102-Ceres (5); 201-Davis (1); 202-
