OFFICIAL CALL TO MASS MEETING

Campbell County Republican Committee

of the Republican Party of Virginia

As Chairman of the Campbell County Republican Committee, and pursuant to the Plan of

Organization of the Republican Party of Virginia, and as recommended and directed by the

Committee, I, Doug Barringer, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held in the

Rustburg High School Gymnasium, 1671 Village Hwy, Rustburg, VA, at 10:00 AM local time on

Saturday, March 23, 2024, with check-in to begin at 8:30 AM local time, for the following

purposes:

1. Electing a Unit Chairman and electing up to 790 members to the Unit Committee;

2. Electing up to 790 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates from Campbell County

to the District Convention of the 5th Congressional District, to be held on Saturday, April

27, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM, at Drakes Branch Volunteer Fire Department, 4801

Drakes Main Street, Drakes Branch, VA, 23937 for the purposes of

a) Election of Fifth District Committee Chairman

b) Election of three (3) State Central Committee Members

c) Election of one (1) Elector for the 2024 Presidential Election

d) Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention.

3. Electing up to 790 Delegates and an equal number of Alternate Delegates to the Virginia

Republican Convention, to be held on May 31 to June 1 at the Hampton Roads

Convention Center, 1610 Coliseum Drive, Hampton, VA 23666, or an alternative site, if

necessary, for the following purposes of

a) Election of a State Committee Chair

b) Election of a National Committeeman and Committeewoman

c) Election of two (2) Presidential Electors for the Electoral College

d) Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention.

Fully qualified voters in line to check-in by 10:00 AM local time may participate in the Mass

Meeting. Voters not in line by 10:00 AM local time may not participate in the Mass Meeting.
