Campbell County Mass Meeting

As Chairman of the Campbell County Republican Committee, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization of the Republican Party of Virginia and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Doug Barringer, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at Timberlake Christian School, 202 Horizon Drive, Forest, VA 24551, or an alternate location, on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 9:30 AM EDT, with registration beginning at 8:00 AM EDT and ending promptly at 9:30 AM EDT, for the following purposes:
1. Electing a Unit Chairman and members to the Unit Committee;
2. Electing up to 790 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates from Campbell County to the District Convention of the 5th Congressional District, to be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Kirby Field House on the Campus of Hampden-Sydney College, 198 Athletic Center Drive, Farmville, VA 23901, or an alternate location, beginning at 10:00 AM EDT for the purposes of
a) Election of District Committee Chairman;
b) Election of 2022 Republican Nominee for U.S. House of Representatives;
c) Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention.
Registration will close promptly at 9:30 AM EDT. Fully qualified voters in line to register by 9:30 AM EDT may register and participate in the Mass Meeting. Voters not in line to register by 9:30 AM EDT may not register and participate in the Mass Meeting.
