As Chairman of the Charlotte County Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and
pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the
Committee, I, Noah J. Davis, do hereby issue this call for a Party Canvass (Firehouse
Primary) to be held at The Drakes Branch Fire Department, 4801 Drakes Main Street,
Drakes Branch VA, or an alternate site, if necessary, at 5:00 PM on Thursday, March
14th
