As Chairman of the Colonial Heights Republican Committee (CHRC) of the Republican Party
and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I,
Zachary Wood, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at Life Christian
Academy (1221 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834), or its alternative site, starting at 7:00
PM local time, with registration beginning at 6:30 p.m., on Monday, February 26, 2024,
