of Emporia City and  Greensville County VA Republican Committee

 of the Republican Party of Virginia

As Chairman of the City of Emporia and Greensville County Republican Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, DA Fred Maldonado, do hereby issue the call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Emporia City Municipal Building, 201 South Main Street, Emporia VA 23847, starting at 7 p.m. local time on February 22, 2024, for the following purposes:

1. Electing a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer for the City of Emporia and Greensville County Republican Committee.
2. Electing the members of the City of Emporia and Greensville County Republican Committee.
3. Electing Delegates to the 4th District Convention on May 4, 2024 in Colonial Heights, VA
4. Electing Delegates to the RPV State Convention on May 31 – June 1 in Hampton, VA

The transaction of other business as may properly come before the Convention.
