Essex Co. Mass Meeting

As Chairman of the Essex Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the Plan of
Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, William T. Healy, Jr., do
hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at Bella Pizza, 1873 Tappahannock
Boulevard, Tappahannock, starting at 7:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, May 23, 2023, for the
following purposes:
a) Nominating a Republican candidate for the office of Commonwealth’s Attorney to be voted
for in the General election on November 7, 2023;
b) Nominating a Republican candidate for the office of Board of Supervisors, Central District,
to be voted for in the General election on November 7, 2023;
c) Nominating a Republican candidate for the office of Board of Supervisors, South District, to
be voted for in the General election on November 7, 2023; and
d) For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the mass meeting.
