pursuant to the plan of organization and as recommended and directed by the committee, I,
Becky A. Stoeckel, do hereby issue this call for a MASS MEETING to be held at Patriot’s Pub
and Grill, located at 10560 Main Street (back room), Fairfax, VA 22030 or its alternate site on
Thursday, March 21, 2024, starting at 8:00 PM,
