I, Bill Cooper, Chairman of the Franklin County Republican Committee, do hereby call for
a meeting of the Committee to be held on Tuesday, April 8 th at 6:00 p.m. We will be
meeting at Franklin Center, 50 Claiborne Ave., Rocky Mount, VA 24151.
