Party Canvass of Frederick County Unit Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia

As Chairman of the Frederick County Unit Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Ben Weber, do hereby issue this call for a Party Canvass to be held at Millwood Station Fire Company Banquet Hall, 252 Costello Dr., from 4 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, for the following purposes:

1. A)  Electing a Unit Chairman.
2. B)  Electing members of the Unit Committee as follows (number per district):Stonewall: 165 Red Bud: 160, Shawnee: 244, Opequon: 234, Back Creek: 333, Gainesboro:307At-Large: 420
3. C)  Electing up to 1110 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the 6th Congressional DistrictConvention, to be held May 11, 2024, starting at 10 a.m., at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds, 4808 S. Valley Pike, Harrisonburg, VA, for the purposes of:

• Electing a Chairman for the Sixth Congressional District of the Republican Party of Virginia,
• Electing three (3) Regional Vice Chairmen for the Sixth Congressional District of the Republican Party ofVirginia
• Electing three representatives to the State Central Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia,
• Nominating an elector to vote for the Republican candidate for President, and
• The transaction of such other business that may properly come before the Sixth Congressional District Convention

D) Electing Delegates to the 2024 Quadrennial Convention of the Republican Party of Virginia being held on May 31 – June 1
