Mass Meeting of the

Fredericksburg City Committee

Of the Republican Party of Virginia

As Chairman of the Fredericksburg City Republican Committee of the Republican Party
of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and
directed by the Committee, I, Rachel Whitman, do hereby issue this call for a Mass
Meeting to be held at Castiglia’s Italian Restaurant, 324 William St., Fredericksburg,
VA 22401 on February 29, 2024 (check in to begin at 6:30 p.m..) starting at 7:00 p.m.
for the following purposes:
1) Electing a Unit Chairman;
2) Electing members of the Unit Committee
3) Electing up to one hundred and fifty (150) Delegates and an equal number of
Alternates to the Republican Party of Virginia’s 7th Congressional District Convention to
be held at Riverbend High School, 12301 Spotswood Furnace Rd. Fredericksburg, Va
22407 or its alternate site, starting Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 11 a.m. with
registration beginning at 8 a.m. for the following purposes:
(A) Electing a 7th District Chairman for a term of two years
(B) Electing three members of the 7th District to the Republican Party State Central Committee for a term of four
years
(C) Nominating one Elector to be voted for in the Presidential Election on Nov 5, 2024
(D) And for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the 7th District convention
4)Electing up to one hundred and fifty (150) Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the
Republican Party of Virginia 2024 Quadrennial State Convention to be held on Friday and Saturday,
May 31 and June 1, 2024 at the Hampton Roads Convention Center, 1610 Coliseum Drive,
Hampton, Va 23666, or its alternate site,(Convening on 5/31 at 2:30 pm and on 6/1 at 10:00 am) for
the following purposes:
A. Selecting two Electors At-Large to be voted for in the presidential election on November 5, 2024;
B. Electing a State Chairman for a term of four years
C. Nominating a National Committeeman and National Committeewoman for a term of four years
D. And for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention.
