As Chairman of the Madison County Republican Party of the Republican Party of Virginia,
and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended by the Committee, I,
Anthony W. Jewett, do hereby issue this call for a mass meeting of the Madison County
Republican Committee to be held at War Memorial, General District Court, 2 Main Street,
Madison, Virginia 22727 (or alternate site if needed) at 7:00 p.m on Febuary 28th
