As Chairman of the Mecklenburg County Republican Committee (MCRC), and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the County Committee, I, R. Wallace Hudson, Chairman, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the New Hope Baptist Church Fellowship Hall located at 255 Union Mill Road, LaCrosse, VA 23950 starting at 7:00 PM local time on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, for the purpose of:

• Electing a Committee Chairman
• Electing members of the committee, and the following officers: Committee Vice-Chairman, a Committee Secretary, and a Committee Treasurer.
• Elect up to 345 Delegates and an equal number of alternates to the 5^th District Convention. The MCRC has 69 votes. The 5^th District Convention will be held on May 21, 2022, in Prince Edward County at 10:00 AM at:

OR

Its alternate site beginning at 10:00 am for the purpose of:

• Electing a chairperson for the 5^th District, (2) Electing a candidate to run for Congress of the United States, (3) Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention.
