As chairs of the Republican Committees for Prince William County, the City of
Manassas and the City of Manassas Park (unit committees), pursuant to the Republican
Party of Virginia Plan of Organization, we (M. Dennis Daugherty, Sharon Ashurst and
Julie Huff) do hereby issue this call for a Multi-Jurisdictional Constitutional Offices
Convention to be held on the date and at the time and location shown below:
