As Chairman of the Prince William County Republican Committee (PWCRC) and pursuant to the
Republican Party of Virginia (RPV) Plan of Organization and the PWCRC Unit Plan, and as
recommended and directed by the County Republican Committee, I, Jacob Mosser, do hereby
issue this Call for a County Convention to be held at Osbourn Park High School (8909 Euclid
Avenue, Manassas, VA, 20111) or its alternate site, starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 2,
2024, with registration beginning at 8:30 AM
