As Chairman of the Roanoke City Republican Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant
to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Charles
Nave, do hereby issue this call for a Party Canvass to be held at Berglund Hall, located at 710
Williamson Road, Roanoke, VA 24016, from 10:00am to 4:00pm local time on Saturday, July
23, 2022, for the purpose of nominating one (1) Republican candidate for the one office of City
Council, unexpired term (said office having been vacated by Robert Jeffrey, Jr.) and which is to
be voted for in the special election on November 8, 2022.
