“I, Ashley Suetterlein, Chairman of the Roanoke County Republican Committee do hereby call a meeting of the Roanoke County Republican Committee to be held at the Roanoke County Administration Building, located at 5204 Bernard Drive, Roanoke at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 19 for the following purposes:

1. Campaign Reports;
2. Legislative Reports;
3. Confirmation of the Financial Review Committee Appointees;
4. 2022 Party Fundraiser Update;
5. Magisterial Reports on Precinct Organization;
6. Electoral Board Update;
7. Election of New Members; and
8. The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.”
