Roanoke County GOP Regular Meeting

I, Dan Webb, as Chairman of the Roanoke County Republican Committee do hereby call a meeting of the Roanoke County Republican Committee to be held at the Roanoke County Administration Building, located at 5204 Bernard Drive, Roanoke at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021, for the following purposes:

1. Campaign updates
2. Calendar Updates
3. Adoption of a Mass Meeting Call for the 2021 RPV Convention
4. Election of New Members; and
5. The transaction of other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Proxy Form
Please use the proxy form provided below when you are unable to attend a Roanoke County Republican Committee meeting. The Committee Bylaws state that no member of the County Committee may vote the proxy of another member. Please also remember that individuals who miss three consecutive meetings of the Roanoke County Republican Committee will be removed from the membership rolls.
