Pursuant to Article V, Section D, Paragraph 2, subparagraph c, of the Republican Party of Virginia Plan of
Organization, I, Rea T. “Torrey” Williams, III, Chairman of the 10th Senate Legislative District Committee
do hereby call for a meeting of the 10th Senate Legislative District Committee on Tuesday, November
26, 2024 at 6:00 PM, to be held at the. The purpose of this meeting is for the members of the 10th
Senate Legislative District Committee to address the likely vacancy of the 10th Senate District and
plan to select a nominee to include, but not limited to, selecting the location of the 10th Senate
District Republican Nominating Mass Meeting and to make such other plans to run, host, and
administer said nomination process.
Order of Business:
• Call the Meeting to Order
• Invocation
• Pledge of Allegiance
• Recite Republican Creed
• Introduction of Guests
• Review of submitted Proxies
• Roll Call / Establishment of majority quorum based on voting strength
• Discussion of location of the Mass Meeting
• Discussion of further plans to run, host, and administer the Mass Meeting.
• Adjournment
