Shenandoah County Mass Meeting

As Chairman of the Shenandoah County Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to
the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Timothy C.
Carter, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Sharon Lilly 4-H FFA Show
Arena on the Shenandoah County Fairgrounds, at 300 Fairground Road in Woodstock, Virginia,
starting at 6:30 p.m. local time on Friday, March 25th, 2022 for the following purposes:
a) Electing a Unit Chairman;
b) Electing members of the Unit Committee as follows:
Precinct Members:
101–Orkney Springs: 3
102–New Market: 8
201–Conicville: 6
202–Mt. Jackson: 5
301–Edinburg: 4
302–St. Luke: 5
303–Fort Valley: 3
401–Woodstock North: 3
402–Woodstock South: 3
501–Cedar Creek: 1
502–Toms Brook: 6
503–Lebanon Church: 5
601–Strasburg West: 4
602–Strasburg East: 4
And 26 at-large members of the committee;
C) for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the mass meeting.
Advance registration or pre-filing is not required to participate in the meeting. Registration will
begin at 5:30 P.M. and will close at 6:30 PM, or at such time as registration of all those in line to
register at 6:30 PM is complete.
