Republican Party of Virginia Relaunches “Secure Your Vote Virginia” in Statewide Get-Out-The-Vote Push
Program Relaunches Ahead of the Start of Early Voting on September 19 and On the Heels of RSLC, RAGA, and RPV Announced Initiatives
Richmond, Va. – The Republican Party of Virginia (RPV) today announced the relaunch of Secure Your Vote Virginia with early voting set to start across the Commonwealth on September 19. The relaunch of this program comes on the heels of a joint effort announced earlier this month between the Republican State Leadership Committee PAC and the Republican Attorney Generals Association, as well as a Virginia Republican “Victory Campaign” announced late last month.

The relaunch of Secure Your Vote Virginia comes after Governor Glenn Youngkin’s Spirt of Virginia PAC, the Republican State Leadership Committee PAC, and both the Virginia House and Senate Committees successfully utilized the program during the 2023 off-year elections. By strategically targeting low-propensity, lean-Republican, and swing voters, the program delivered a 26% increase in absentee ballot requests and a 32% increase in ballot returns compared to 2021.
These gains were instrumental in pushing Republican candidates across the finish line in several razor-thin races, demonstrating the effectiveness of early voter engagement and data-driven outreach. The 2025 effort aims to replicate and expand on that success to secure key victories across the Commonwealth.
“Secure Your Vote Virginia’ aims to empower more Virginians to make their voices heard by engaging early and ensuring their ballots are cast on or before Election Day,” said RPV Chairman Mark Peake. “In 2023, this program achieved significant victories by reaching voters in a diverse array of communities, and we are building on that success for 2025. With the stakes higher than ever, we are ensuring that Republicans turn out and compete in every corner of the Commonwealth.
