“Today, we honor and remember the brave and courageous warriors like Virginia’s very own Bedford Boys of Company A of the 116th Infantry Regiment, 29th division who stormed the beaches of Normandy in 1944 and gave their all to bring freedom to millions.
“The Greatest Generation bravely answered the call to stand up to tyranny and made immeasurable sacrifices to ensure liberty and freedom for all.
“Today, and every day, the Republican Party of Virginia honors their heroic service and sacrifice.”
