VirginiaGOP Responds To Abortion Extremist Terry McAuliffe
Following the release of Terry McAuliffe’s abortion attack ad, Republican Party of Virginia Chairman Rich Anderson issued the following statement.
“Terry McAuliffe is pushing a radical agenda of forcing taxpayers to fund abortions up until the moment of birth. McAuliffe’s pro-abortion agenda is out of step with the majority of Virginians.”
Terry McAuliffe continues to highlight his extreme stance on abortion. In 2019, McAuliffe said he wouldn’t have vetoed State Delegate Kathy Tran’s bill that would have allowed abortions at the moment of birth.
McAuliffe has also touted the endorsement of the extreme Democrat organization National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL).
- NARAL supports taxpayer funded abortions up until birth.
- NARAL president Ilyse Hogue defended partial birth abortion by calling it a “fabrication of the right wing.”
The bottom line: 40-year career politician Terry McAuliffe’s abortion stance is too extreme for Virginia.
