OFFICIAL CALL Mass Meeting of the Smyth County Republican Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia   As Chairman of the Smyth County Republican Committee, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Adam L. Tolbert, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Adwolfe Volunteer Fire Department, 104 Thomas Bridge Rd., Marion, VA, 24354 (or its alternate location), starting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 for the following purposes: 1) Electing a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, and members of the Smyth County

As Chairman of the Smyth County Republican Committee, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Adam L. Tolbert, do hereby issue this call for a Party Canvass (“party-run primary”) to be held at the Adwolfe Volunteer Fire Department, 104 Thomas Bridge Rd., Marion, Virginia (or its alternate site), beginning at 10:00AM local time and ending at 2:00PM local time on Saturday, May 6, 2023 for the following purposes: 1) Nominating a Republican candidate for each of the following Smyth County Constitutional Offices to be voted upon in the November 7, 2023
