 As Chairman of the Halifax County Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Joel Overly, do hereby issue this call for a Party Canvass (Firehouse Primary) to be held at the South Boston - Halifax County Museum of History, 1540 Wilborn Ave, South Boston, VA 24592 or an alternate site, if necessary, at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 4th for the following purposes:    A. Electing up to 380 Delegates and an equal number of Alternate Delegates to the Fifth Congressional District Republican Convention,
