Horne, Chairman of the Louisa County Republican Committee and Nancy Russell, HanoverCounty Republican Committee authorized representative, whose unit committees comprise more 1/3 ofthe weighted votes in the newly formed House Legislative District 59 of the Republican Party of Virginia,pursuant to the Plan of Organization of the Republican Party of Virginia do herby issue a CALL for the59th House Legislative District Committee. The purpose is to elect a 59th House Legislative DistrictCommittee Chairman and to select a method of nomination for the 2023 House Legislative District 59election.
