Virginia Democrats’ Radical Left Agenda Is a Threat to Women and Girls
Abigail Spanberger and Virginia Democrats have made it clear that they will always put far-left gender ideology ahead of basic common sense and the safety and privacy of women and girls.
Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears completely exposed Spanberger’s extremism in a recent ad:
Spanberger supports allowing biological males to compete in girls’ sports, undermining fairness and creating serious risks to the physical safety of young female athletes.
Spanberger also supports allowing men into women’s locker rooms and female-only spaces. She was silent when repeat sex offender Richard Cox entered a women’s locker room in an Arlington County high school and exposed himself to underage girls. Even worse, Spanberger took campaign cash from radical left Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano, who refused to prosecute Cox after he previously exposed himself to women and girls at two gyms in Northern Virginia.
Every Virginia Democrat running for statewide office this year also opposed Governor Glenn Youngkin’s commonsense policy to keep men out of women’s sports and restrooms. Ghazala Hashmi and Jay Jones, are just as extreme as Abigail Spanberger. The entire Virginia Democrat ticket is committed to putting far-left transgender ideology ahead of the safety of women and girls.
Winsome Sears, John Reid, and Jason Miyares will defend biological reality and basic common sense. They will never sell out Virginia women and girls to far-left gender ideology. The safety of our families and communities must always be the top priority of Virginia’s leaders.
