Amherst Co. Mass Meeting

As Chairman of the Amherst County Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and
pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the committee, I, S.
Vance Wilkins, Jr., do hereby issue this Call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Madison
Heights Community Center, 424 Woody’s Lake Road, Madison Heights, Virginia 24572,
beginning at 7:00 pm local time on March 27, 2023. Registration begins at 6:00 pm local time.
THE PURPOSE OF THE MASS MEETING is to:

1) Elect up to 420 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the Republican Party of
Virginia 53 rd Legislative District Convention to be held on May 6, 2023 at 10:00 am at the
Jefferson Forest High School, 1 Cavalier Circle, Forest, VA 24551, or an alternate site if
necessary. The purpose of the Convention is: a) Election of a Republican Nominee for
Delegate for the 53 rd House of Delegates District for the Commonwealth of Virginia, and b)
Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention, and

2) Transact such other business as may properly come before the Mass Meeting.
