Mass Meeting of Charlottesville Committee of the
Republican Party of Virginia

As Chairman of the Charlottesville Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Daniel Moy, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Circuit Court of Charlottesville, 315 E. High Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902, starting at 10:30 am (check-in, registration begins at 10:00 am) local time on Saturday, March 23, 2024 (or alternate site, date, or time as required) for the following purposes:

1. ElectingaChairmanfortheCharlottesvilleRepublicanCommittee
2. ElectingmembersoftheCharlottesvilleRepublicanCommittee
3. Electingupto145delegates(andanequalnumberofAlternates)tothe Republican Party of Virginia 5th Congressional District Convention, to be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Drakes Branch Volunteer Fire Department, 4801 Drakes Main Street, Drakes Branch, VA 23937 beginning at 10:00 A.M. (8:30 A.M. check-in) local time (or alternate site, date, or time as required) for the following purposes:
   1. ElectingaDistrictCommitteeChairman
   2. Electingthree(3)StateCentralCommitteeMembers
   3. Electing one (1) Elector for the 2024 Electoral College
   4. Andforthetransactionofsuchotherbusinessasmayproperlycome

      before the convention

   The Charlottesville Committee is entitled to 29 Delegate Votes at the 5th District Convention. The published convention call is hereby incorporated in its entirety into this mass meeting call and can be accessed at https://5thdistrictva.gop/district-convention/

Electingupto115delegates(andanequalnumberofalternates)tothe Republican Party of Virginia State Quadrennial Convention to be held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center, 1610 Coliseum Drive, Hampton, VA 23666 on May 31 and June 1, 2024 (or alternate site, date, or time as required) for the following purposes:

   a. ElectingaStateCommitteeChairman
   b. Electingtwo(2)PresidentialElectorsfortheElectoralCollege
   c. Electing a National Committeeman and a Committeewoman
   d. Andforthetransactionofsuchotherbusinessasmayproperlycome

   before the convention
