Location: Southampton County Administration Bldg., Board of Supervisors Room, 26022 Administration Center Dr. Courtland, VA 23837

Thursday, March 21, 2024

As Chairman of the Franklin City/Southampton County Republican Committee (FSRC) of the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV), and pursuant to the RPV Plan of Organization and as recommended by the Committee, I, Walter D. “Walt” Brown III, do hereby issue this Official Call for a FSRC Mass Meeting to be held at, Southampton County Administration Bldg., Board of Supervisors Room, 26022 Administration Center Dr., Courtland, VA 23837 at 6:00 PM to 700 PM for Registration; meeting  will start at 7:00 PM Local Time, on Thursday, March 21, 2024 for the following purposes:

1. Elect a CHAIRMAN for the Franklin City/Southampton County Republican Committee,
2. Elect Delegates/Alternates to the 2^nd District Convention,
3. Elect Delegates / Alternates to the RPV State Convention,
4. Reconstitute the Franklin/Southampton Republican Party,
5. For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Mass Meeting.
6. NOTE:
   1. Everyone who properly filed , via a pre-file form, for FSRC Chairman or Delegates previously, via the call issued January 29, 2024, but recalled, are considered properly filed.
   2. If the number of Delegates does not exceed the total amount allowed then all properly filed delegates are elected.
