Fredericksburg City Mass Meeting

As Chairman of the Fredericksburg City Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the State Party Plan and as directed by the Committee, I, Rachel Whitman, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at VFW Meeting Hall, Princess Anne St in Fredericksburg, VA, 22401, or an alternate site, starting at 7:00 PM local time on Thursday, March 17, 2022 for the following purposes:

1. To elect a Chairman of the Fredericksburg City Republican Committee and members of the Committee.
2. Electing up to 46 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the Seventh Congressional District Republican Convention, to be held on April 9, 2022 at Caroline County High School, 19155 Rogers Clarke Blvd, Milford, VA 22514, or its alternate site, beginning at 11:00 AM for the purposes of electing a District Chairman.

3. The transaction of such other business as may properly come before this Mass Meeting.
